At Arctus Card Shop, we take pride in providing collectible trading cards that are carefully handled and packaged.



Card Condition

All cards listed in our store are photographed individually. The card shown in the listing photos is the exact card you will receive.


Many cards are pack fresh, meaning they were pulled directly from a booster pack and immediately placed into a protective sleeve. Condition descriptions such as Near Mint are based on our best assessment.

Please review all photos carefully before purchasing. Listing photos are considered part of the item description.

Packaging

Every card is packaged carefully to help ensure it arrives safely. Orders are typically shipped with:


  • Protective penny sleeve
  • Top loader or card saver
  • Protective packaging inside a secure envelope or mailer

 

Our goal is to ensure the card arrives in the same condition shown in the listing.



Returns



Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are generally final.


We do not accept returns for:


  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Condition concerns clearly visible in the listing photos
  • Misinterpretation of card condition



Please review the listing carefully before placing your order.



Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:


  • Photos of the card
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number



We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.



Shipping Issues



Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers with any shipping-related concerns.
