At Arctus Card Shop, we take pride in carefully packaging every order to ensure your trading cards arrive safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
Most trading cards are shipped using secure envelope shipping or standard mail depending on the order size and value.
Each card is packaged with protection including:
- Protective sleeve
- Top loader or card saver
- Secure envelope or mailer
Higher value orders may be shipped with tracked shipping for additional protection.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within the United States typically range between:
3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are determined by the postal carrier and may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Arctus Card Shop is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
